As a Nutrition and Health Coach, my passion is to help people achieve their health, diet, and lifestyle goals. I want to empower and motivate people to embrace healthy habits with a “common sense” approach to food and health sustainability for a lifetime. I like to emphasize the connection between the food we eat and how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I advise clients to eat, savour and enjoy real nourishing food. I do not believe in the old idea of “diet or counting calories.
One size does not fit all! No two individuals are the same. We are all unique in our own way and that is one reason why I believe a bespoke plan, tailored to individual needs is critical. An individualized plan should include nourishing food, taking account of the clients, likes, dislikes, habits, lifestyle, and goals.
